The latest buzz doing the rounds is the the hottest new sensation in Tamil films, Samantha Ruth Prabhu might do the lead role in Shankar’s new film ‘Thendral’ that would have Vikram playing the lead role. Earlier it was reported that talks were on with Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, but things do not seem to have worked out well with Priyanka.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu is currently one of the busiest actresses in Tamil and Telugu and would be seen in two Tamil biggies pretty soon. She does the female lead in Mani Ratnam’s new film ‘Kadal’ as well as in Gautham Menon’s new film ‘Nee Thane En Ponvasantham’.
What’s more, Samantha would also be seen in the much anticipated bilingual film ‘Naan Ee’ that would be released soon simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu Movies. She has been paired with Nani in the film, and if news of the Shankar film turns out to be right, Samantha could be the busiest actress in South India at the moment!
